Delivery and Returns Policy

Delivery
We are based in Maghera, Northern Ireland and offer standard shipping to NI, UK and Republic of Ireland. 

Costs to Northern Ireland/UK:
Items 30kg or less: £20.00
Items 31kg – 100kg: £20.00 for 1st 10kg plus 17p for each additional kilo
Items 101kg or more: £120.00 per pallet
Delivery of products once payment is made is 10-14 working days.

Returns
Except for stock items – all our products are made to order which means they cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

If you believe you have received a faulty product or there has been an error in the manufacture of your product, please contact our customer service team on: 028 7964 2638.

When returning your order please complete, print and attach our Returns Form to your delivery.

None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.
