Our History
Our current chairman, Gordon Cunningham, founded Cunninghams in 1969. The company started trading in Maghera, Northern Ireland as a local supplier of tarpaulins for trailer manufacturers. To this day, we remain in the same community in which the business was founded, employing talented individuals to join us in striving towards our collaborative goals.
Since our inception, Cunninghams has celebrated every milestone, valuing hard work and team efforts to achieve them. From our early days of a few employees, we have come a long way and employ close to 100 people from the local community.

As we go through 2025, securing this trademark comes at a pivotal time, aligning with our efforts to explore new opportunities. We continue to successfully trade in 6 continents; Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia, South America, and Antarctica.
Year on year we have seen steady growth in all markets, including Industrial, Construction, Aquaculture, Oil & Gas, Agriculture, Aviation and much more.
